Tanya L. Stokes, CPA, has been serving clients with expertise and dedication since 2005. With a strong focus in medical, construction, real estate, and small business professionals, she provides comprehensive tax and accounting services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Tanya especially loves tax planning, as it allows her to help clients minimize liabilities, maximize opportunities, and strategically plan for long-term financial success.

She enjoys her work because it combines problem-solving with relationship building. Helping her clients gain peace of mind and clarity in their finances is what drives her, and she takes pride in being a trusted advisor they can rely on year after year.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Tanya loves spending time with family her husband, Fred, daughter, and their three energetic dogs. She’s also an avid traveler who loves discovering new cultures and places.


Randi Dunn

Randi Dunn

Randi Dunn is a proud graduate of Southwestern University and currently serves as the Director of Operations at Tanya L. Stokes CPA. With a talent for keeping things running seamlessly, she manages the firm’s day-to-day operations while also diving into the details of tax return preparation. Randi also prepares and files all Texas franchise tax reports for the office, helping clients stay compliant and on track.

Whether she’s streamlining internal processes or supporting clients through tax season, Randi brings organization, efficiency, and a positive, can-do attitude to everything she does.

Known for her collaborative spirit, Randi enjoys working closely with Tanya and the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. She’s currently working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent (EA), further sharpening her expertise in tax preparation and representation.

Outside the office, Randi is always up for an adventure. She loves traveling with her husband, discovering new places, and soaking in new experiences. At home, she’s often outdoors with her energetic German Shorthaired Pointer, Diesel. Whether it’s a weekend hike or quality time with family and friends, Randi believes in balancing hard work with meaningful moments.


Dejah Knight

Dejah Knight

As Senior Client Performance & Insights Consultant, Dejah leads the firm’s advisory services, helping clients achieve financial clarity and confidence. She specializes in custom reporting and performance dashboards, integrating QuickBooks Online and FathomHQ to deliver actionable insights on forecasting, cash flow, and key performance indicators. With experience spanning healthcare, consumer services, professional services, and the natural products industry, Dejah combines analytical expertise with strategic perspective to tailor solutions to each client’s needs. Outside of work, she enjoys international travel and learning about new cultures and traditions from a local perspective, spending time at the beach, rock climbing with friends, and cheering on the Dallas Stars.


Xtine Rivera

Xtine Rivera

Originally from South Vietnam, Xtine immigrated to the U.S. in 1982 and has called Austin home since 1995. Her resilience and optimism shine through in her work every day as she supports both clients and her team with professionalism and care.

As an Administrative & Payroll Coordinator, Xtine plays a vital role in keeping the office running efficiently. She manages payroll processing from start to finish—ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

In addition, she manages client communications, organizes documentation, and coordinates workflow during the busy tax season. Xtine brings a detail-oriented and compassionate approach to every interaction.

Outside the office, Xtine enjoys traveling with her husband in their RV or on their Harley, cheering on the Longhorns and Texans, and spending Sundays with her family. A proud pitbull mom, she treasures the memories of Bullit and Kila and now enjoys life with her loyal companion, Blu.

Stacia Flores has been helping clients with their accounting needs since 2019. She enjoys making sure books are accurate and organized so clients can focus on what matters most to them. She studied at Brigham Young University Idaho and continues to expand her knowledge by being a member of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers. She has experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation support, and management. Outside the office, she loves gardening, traveling, hosting game nights, and spending time with family and friends.


Xtine Rivera

Kyla B. Hollis

Kyla B. Hollis has over nine years of experience providing reliable and accurate bookkeeping services. She grew up in Kailua Kona, Hawaii, and comes from a family of accountants, with her father and sister both working as CPAs.

Based in Austin, Texas, Kyla helps business owners keep their books organized and compliant, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.

Outside of work, Kyla is a self-proclaimed nerd who loves board games, video games, crafting, and creating art. She shares her home with her 13-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Koki, and her playful two-year-old orange tabby cat, Lilith.
